Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or higher is required.
• Licensed/Registered Architect in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for design and construction docs.
• Experience leading BIM coordination and multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration with engineering, CM, and consultants.
• Oversee project deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
• Direct preparation of architectural drawings, specs, and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
