The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, assist in the design process, and ensure successful delivery of construction documents. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, a relevant architectural license, and extensive experience in design and project management. Candidates should be proficient in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD and Revit. The position offers a competitive salary between $90K and $120K along with PTO and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience for higher salary end.
• Experience with technical design of office and workplace projects.
• Good knowledge of LEED and WELL requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design phase activities and coordinate with clients.
• Assist with proposals, develop design concepts, and produce documentation.
• Oversee consultants, ensure code compliance, and maintain quality standards.
• Handle RFIs, site visits, punch lists, and drawing reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and assist with contracts.
