Qualifications
7+ years of experience for higher salary end.
Experience with technical design of office and workplace projects.
Good knowledge of LEED and WELL requirements.
Responsibilities
Participate in design phase activities and coordinate with clients.
Assist with proposals, develop design concepts, and produce documentation.
Oversee consultants, ensure code compliance, and maintain quality standards.
Handle RFIs, site visits, punch lists, and drawing reviews.
Maintain client relationships and assist with contracts.
