Bonetti/Kozerski Architecture D.P.C. in New York City is seeking an Architectural Interior Designer with a Hospitality focus and a minimum of 8 years of professional experience leading projects through all phases of design and construction.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on hospitality project experience from schematic design through construction administration, with strong documentation and client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of full-time professional experience in an architecture office.
• Experience leading hospitality projects through full design to construction administration.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (required).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (required).
• Strong detailing, materials, millwork, and finishes knowledge for hospitality.
• Familiarity with FF&E documentation and hospitality project standards.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, and ADA requirements.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate across disciplines.
• Architectural license preferred but not required.
• Based in New York City and able to work in office full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospitality projects across all phases from schematic design to construction administration.
• Serve as primary contact for consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Coordinate construction document sets for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage project Revit models in alignment with BIM standards.
• Integrate consultant drawings and models into the architectural model.
• Translate design intent into precise buildable documentation.
• Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, millwork, and finishes.
• Review drawings for codes, ADA, and permitting requirements.
• Support construction administration activities including RFIs and submittals.
