Job summary

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, Tennessee, seeks a Hospitality Aide to provide attentive, one-on-one support to residents during a temporary full-time shift 6:30 AM–6:30 PM. You will assist with daily living activities and help maintain a comfortable, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, caregiving, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds & push/pull wheelchairs or similar devices.
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged while providing one-on-one supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated one-on-one supervision to assigned residents.
• Monitor assigned residents and promptly communicate any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with hospitality related duties throughout facility when not providing one-on-one coverage.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Temporary Full Time 6:30A-6:30P | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our nursing team in Sevierville, Tennessee. The primary responsibility of this position will be providing attentive, compassionate one-on-one support to our residents. When one-on-one coverage is not needed, the Hospitality Aide will assist with other duties throughout the facility as assigned if available at that time.

Job Requirements
