Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, Tennessee, is seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our nursing team. The role focuses on attentive, one-on-one support for residents and assisting with other duties when coverage isn’t required.

Ideal candidates will have caregiving or hospitality experience, be able to lift 30 pounds, and be willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Join a team dedicated to dignity and quality care.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, caregiving, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds & push/pull wheelchairs or similar devices.
• Ability to remain attentive and engaged while providing one-on-one supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated one-on-one supervision to assigned residents.
• Monitor assigned residents and promptly communicate any changes or concerns to nursing staff.
• Assist with hospitality related duties throughout facility when not providing one-on-one coverage.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments.
• Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.
