Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sevierville, TN seeks compassionate CNAs to join our nursing team, supporting daily living activities, monitoring residents’ vital signs, and promoting comfort and well-being in a skilled nursing setting.

The role offers full-time or PRN schedules, a $8,000 bonus for full-time staff, competitive pay, shift and weekend differentials, and opportunities for growth within a positive team environment focused on quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Sevierville Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Sevierville, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Hiring for Days (6:30A-6:30P)

CNA Requirements
