The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a busy facility.

You will greet residents warmly, document basic information as needed, and help with mobility support under supervision. Training provided.

• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance for residents as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and policies.
• Observe and report safety concerns or conditions requiring attention.

We’re seeking a dedicated and dependable Hospitality Aide to join our team! This role is essential in supporting residents’ daily care while helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Success in this position requires reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non‑Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non‑nursing tasks, including bed‑making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non‑clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
