Job summary

Vertical Health Services in Missouri is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide frontline support to guests and assist staff in delivering excellent service. The candidate must be enrolled in a Missouri Approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program or have an acceptance letter, with completion required in the first 120 days of employment.

Job Overview

A Hospitality Aide is responsible for providing frontline support to guests, ensuring that their needs are met while also assisting other staff members in delivering excellent service. The Hospitality Aide is expected to be friendly, approachable, and efficient, playing a significant role in the overall operation of hospitality services. By supporting a positive experience, they contribute directly to the reputation and success of the establishment.

Must be currently enrolled in a Missouri ApprovedCertified Nursing Assistant Program, or provide an acceptance letter for the program. This must be complete in the first 120 days of Employment.

Must be available mornings and evenings and be flexible with a team player approach to every day tasks.
