Job summary

CareOne is seeking a Hospitality Aide at our Marlton, NJ facility to support residents with daily living activities and help maintain a compassionate, safe environment.

The position offers part-time or full-time hours with comprehensive benefits, including health plans, 401k, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth within the CareOne network. Prior healthcare exposure and strong communication skills are welcomed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare experience desirable.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• Ability to function independently and be flexible.
• Ability to work with residents, staff and support agencies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Resident Rights policies and procedures.
• Assist with resident admission, discharge and transfer requirements.
• Report changes in condition to the Charge Nurse promptly.
• Report all observed or alleged resident abuse to the Charge Nurse.
• Notify Charge Nurse when supplies require restocking.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and infection control practices.
• Attend education and training sessions as required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and practice Resident Rights policies and procedures
• Assist with resident admission, discharge and transfer requirements as assigned
• Report any identified resident changes in condition promptly to the Charge Nurse
• Report all observed or allegations of resident abuse to the Charge Nurse immediately consistent with policy and procedure
• Notify the Charge Nurse when necessary supplies require restocking and are unavailable
• Adhere to and practice safety, sanitation and infection control practices
• Attend education and training sessions as required and assigned.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior healthcare experience is desirable
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, person integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, personnel and support agencies.
