Job summary

CareOne at Marlton, Marlton, NJ, is seeking a Dietary Aide to support the dining program for residents. Responsibilities include assisting with dietary functions and delivering friendly, patient-centered service in a long-term care setting.

Experience in long-term care is preferred, but training is possible for reliable candidates. Weekend work and flexibility are valued, with comprehensive benefits for part-time and full-time staff.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dietary functions as directed by the Nutrition Service Director in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

• Experience in Long Term Care is preferred; however, we are willing to train reliable candidates.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and the right attitude are the most important aspects for success in this position.
• Must be able to work weekends is a strong plus.
