Job summary

Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical daily tasks in a caring, efficient manner.

You will assist with meals, cleanliness, laundry, and safety while helping residents stay engaged in activities and social programs. This role emphasizes reliability, compassion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or non-clinical support is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals—preparing, delivering, and cleaning up according to dietary guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Observe and report concerns or safety issues to management.
• Support daily facility operations by performing additional non-clinical duties.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
