Vidor Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Aide to support residents with non-clinical tasks, meals, and daily living activities. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while following safety policies and procedures.

• Encourage participation in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Provide laundry assistance as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards and report concerns promptly.
• Assist with additional non-clinical duties to support daily operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare,deliver, and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.
• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
