Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): assist with non-nursing tasks such as bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with meals: prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage participation: support residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain cleanliness: keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide laundry assistance: assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow safety and compliance standards: comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and report: identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as needed: perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.

Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
