Creative Solutions in Healthcare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to provide essential non-clinical support that keeps residents comfortable and safe. You will assist with daily tasks, meal service, and housekeeping, while upholding safety policies and documenting routine information.

Work is full-time in a fast-paced facility. You should be dependable, organized, patient, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to enhance resident well‑being and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks, including bed-making, passing water and ice, answering call lights, and gathering supplies.
• Assist with Meals: Prepare, deliver, and clean up meals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.
• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide Laundry Assistance: Assist with resident laundry services as needed.
• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards: Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.
• Observe and Report: Identify and promptly report concerns, safety issues, or conditions requiring management or nursing attention.
• Assist as Needed: Perform additional non-clinical duties to support daily facility operations.
