Job summary

The Pavilion at Kenton is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Covington, KY. The Hospitality Aide/Caregiver supports nurses and nursing assistants with non-resident care duties, under supervision, and helps with dining, linens, and transport.

Able to handle light housekeeping, pass supplies, set tables, and assist during meals, you contribute to a compassionate, safe environment. A high school diploma and ability to pass a background check are required; full‑time and part‑time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to successfully pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurses and nursing assistants as needed.
• Pass ice, water pitchers, linens, towels, and washcloths.
• Mark and pass supplies, make beds, and help serve plates and drinks to residents at mealtimes.
• Set/clean off tables in dining areas, clean dishes, put dishes away.
• Assist in passing snacks to residents.
• Transport residents to and from activities as well as conduct one-on-one activities with residents.
• Assist in various cleaning activities including but not limited to, emptying linen/trash bins, cleaning wheelchairs, or other housekeeping duties.
• Reports changes in a resident’s condition to the resident’s nurse and supervisor.
• All other non-resident care duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Hospitality Aide provides assistance to Nurse(s) and nursing assistants for all non-resident care duties as assigned and in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and nursing assistants as needed.

• Pass ice, water pitchers, linens, towels, and washcloths.

• Mark and pass supplies, make beds, and help serve plates and drinks to residents at mealtimes.
