Job summary

SSA Group in Fort Wayne, IN seeks an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to lead cash handling, accounts payable, payroll, and admin processes across the unit. You will supervise staff, manage vendor relations, and ensure compliance with HQ and client guidelines.

The role emphasizes leadership, operational oversight, and cost control within a hospitality-focused environment; prior cash management, reporting, and team-building experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of cash handling experience.
• Three to five years of administrative management and/or cash room experience.
• ServSafe or Food Handling Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming, and memorable experiences for every guest and client.
• Hire & recruit for new talent, integrate new team members, supervise personnel, evaluate performance, develop, coach, and manage exits.
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, or to arrange shipments and requisitions.
• Communicate discrepancies to HQ and management teams with proper documentation.
• Develop and analyze trend reports and provide actionable insights to General Manager and other managers.
