Job summary

The Omni Richmond Hotel is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead on-site accounting activities, including reconciliation, payables, receivables, payroll, and income audit. You will supervise staff, ensure controls, and partner with the Director of Finance on corporate requests.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in accounting (hospitality preferred) with strong organizational and communication skills and a BA/AA in accounting or finance.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of accounting experience, hospitality preferred.
• Finance managerial experience advised.
• Strong communication and deadline-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site accounting functions and liaise with Finance Director.
• Ensure smooth accounts payable and timely billing.
• Coordinate month-end close and general ledger reconciliations.
• Administer payroll and Kronos system edits.
• Prepare balance sheet analyses and cash management reviews.
• Support purchasing and department meetings as needed.
