Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis seeks an Accountant to join our finance team. This role supports the Finance team by handling diverse financial tasks like AP/AR, journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end close support and internal controls.

This role ensures the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all accounts receivable and payable while maintaining Four Seasons’ high standards of financial integrity and guest service.

Qualifications

• High school/college education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three to 12 months experience in related position.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Ability to operate computer equipment and Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver reports.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and ensure correct payments with proper authorization.
• Assist in processing invoices and manual cheques through the procurement system.
• Maintain and update an approved vendor listing and ensure terms are met.
• Support offshore AP, Income Audit, and Payroll teams as needed.
• Assist with Month-End Close and related accounting tasks.
