Qualifications

• At least 2 years in account management, hospitality, or event coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and events.
• Willing to work independently with cross-department collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TripleSeat experience is a plus.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact and manage assigned accounts.
• Coordinate event details from planning through execution.
• Maintain accurate event information and client communications.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and repeat business.
• Collaborate with Staffing, Operations, and other teams to ensure event readiness.
• Prepare proposals, invoices, and related documents.
