Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in account management, hospitality, customer service, event coordination, sales, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage several accounts and events simultaneously.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and business-related travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and accounts.
• Develop positive, long-term relationships through consistent communication and dependable service.
• Learn each client's preferences, expectations, and event requirements.
• Provide recommendations that align with client needs and available company services.
• Coordinate service requirements, staffing requests, schedules, and event logistics.
• Manage event details from initial planning through final execution.
• Track event changes, special requests, and important deadlines.
• Work closely with operations teams to confirm event readiness.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
• Prepare and maintain event proposals, agreements, invoices, and related documents.
