Virginia Linen Service is seeking a Hospitality Account Manager to cultivate relationships with designated hotel and lodging clients, coordinate service delivery, monitor inventory, and resolve issues. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, account management, hospitality, sales or related fields preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other common applications.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and face of the company for assigned hospitality customers.
• Coordinate service, monitor inventory, and ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to improve service programs and control costs.
