Join Our Team as an OB Hospitalist in Silvis, IL

Genesis Medical Center is seeking 2-4 OB Hospitalists to join their dedicated team in Silvis, Illinois. This facility is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. With a Level 2 Trauma designation and an average of 40-50 deliveries per month, you will play a crucial role in providing care to expectant mothers in our community.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide call support to OB/GYN providers in the ER and community.
2. Complete 24-hour shifts, with 12 hours on-site and 12 hours remote.
3. Work a maximum of 3-4 days in a row.
4. Handle 10-12 shifts per month.
5. Engage in busy day shifts with triage sent from the office.
6. Participate in both inpatient rounds and practice settings.
7. Utilize Cerner for documentation.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification) or Board Certified in OB/GYN.
• Clean license history in Illinois.
• Current NRP and AWOHN Fetal Monitoring certifications, or willingness to obtain them.
• Clean malpractice history (preferred).

Licensing and Certification Requirements:

• Illinois Medical License (or willingness to obtain).
• Certification in NRP and AWOHN Fetal Monitoring.
