Job Posting Details

Reason for posting: Providing call support to OB/GYN current providers, ER, and our community. This is a growth model to help with work-life balance.

Work Schedule: 24-hour shifts (12 hours on site / 12 hours remote), with a maximum of 3-4 days in a row, totaling 10-12 shifts per month.

Practice Setting: Includes inpatient and rounds. The day shifts are typically busy with triage sent from the office. The average number of patients per day varies, with current deliveries at 40-50 babies per month. Documentation is done via Cerner EMR.

Candidate Requirements:

• Not open to Locums candidates
• Not open to 1099 candidates
• Not open to visa candidates
• Accepting TRULY Board Eligible candidates (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification)
• Accepting new graduate candidates through 2026
• Accepting candidates with lapsed Board Certification who are scheduled to retest

Mandatory Requirements (ALL of the following are required):

• Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working toward Board Certification) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• IL license (or willingness to obtain)
• NRP, AWOHN Fetal Monitoring (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean License history

Preferred: Clean Malpractice History

Additional Requirements:
