Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's Degree Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5 years Healthcare operations, business management, finance, or physician practice management
• 3 years Budget development, financial analysis, and reporting.
• 3 years Scheduling and workforce management.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Preferred Hospital-based physician group or service line management.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and management of departmental operating and capital budgets.
• Oversees scheduling for physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Develops operational dashboards, scorecards, and financial analyses.
• Supervises business operations staff and supports recruitment and training.
• Supports service line growth and strategic planning initiatives.
