Job summary

Responsibilities include developing dashboards and reports, driving financial reconciliation, and guiding strategic initiatives with physician and departmental partners. Collaboration across Finance, HR, and Medical Staff Services is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in listed fields required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years budget development, financial analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 3 years scheduling and workforce management.
• Hospital-based physician group or service line mgmt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management and Budget Oversight: develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
• Provider Scheduling and Workforce Operations: oversee scheduling for physicians and APPs.
• Operational Analytics and Business Reporting: dashboards, scorecards, KPI reviews.
• Staff Leadership and Operational Oversight: supervise operations staff and onboarding.
• Strategic Planning and Program Support: lead service line growth and recruitment activities.
