Job summary

The College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy is seeking an RN or LPN to perform Hospitalist administrative duties. The role includes handling incoming calls from pharmacies, patients, and families and serving as a liaison with patient advocates and risk management.

Five years of experience are preferred; Acute Care experience is required, and a current NC RN/LPN license is mandatory. Proficiency with MRH processes and Epic is expected, along with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Five years of experience preferred.
• Acute care experience required.
• Current NC RN/LPN license required.
• Knowledge of MRH processes and medical providers required.
• Comfortable with using Epic.

Responsibilities

• Managing incoming calls for the Physicians from pharmacies, patients, and families.
• Liaises between patient advocate, risk management, home health, outcome managers and the physician Hospitalist team.
• Completing documents for patients such as FMLA and insurance companies related to medications.
• Significant computer work and evaluation of clinical records; strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
