Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in customer service or facilities management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage several priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare settings is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, professional service at main reception and Welcome Desk.
• Assist patients, visitors and staff with enquiries and directions.
• Respond to calls and emails related to portering, transport, security, housekeeping, catering, estates, linen and laundry.
• Record requests on FM First and Health Roster, with task references when required.
• Log absences, update records, and maintain confidentiality per governance procedures.
• Operate badge access and issue visitor passes per security procedures.
• Support car parking services, handling enquiries, payments and PCN administration.
• Carry out cash handling and daily reconciliations; maintain accurate records for audits.
• Perform general admin duties including data entry, filing and spreadsheet updates.
• Escalate sensitive issues and handle complaints professionally.
