• Opens and routes incoming mail and distributes materials.
• Answers phones, routes callers, and provides routine information.
• Maintains confidentiality per policy.
• Maintains office supplies and reorders as needed.
• Prepares purchase requisitions and check requests.
• Keeps filing systems and records orderly.
• Performs clerical tasks (photocopying).
• Adheres to department policies and infection control standards.
• Attends staff meetings and contributes to CQI activities.
• Delivers specimens to the Laboratory.
• Supports customer service expectations with professionalism.
