Qualifications

• BLS Basic Life Support required at hire for RSFH locations; preferred prior to independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients and items to and from hospital locations; ensure patient comfort and privacy.
• Provide hand-off communication to nurses and verify patient information using two forms of verification.
• Maintain daily transport logs and assist with equipment cleaning between transports.
