Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Supply Coordinator to dispense medical and surgical supplies to hospital departments and outpatients with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires lifting 25–50 pounds, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. Prior hospital experience and PeopleSoft knowledge are a plus; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to push, pull, walk or stand for extended periods.
• Lift 25–50 pounds.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Dispen se medical/surgical supplies to all user departments and outpatients in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain organized stockroom and inventory par levels.
• Assist Nurse Manager with monthly financial reports and supply status reviews.
• Schedule weekly meetings to review supply status and prepare orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NJDOH, JCAHO, OSHA standards.
