Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Distribution Services Supervisor to oversee the Central Distribution team, inventory management, and receiving operations. You will coordinate schedules, ensure timely delivery to end users, and maintain high internal customer service levels.

Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree and at least 5 years in a complex supply chain, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a complex supply chain environment.
• Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assists with identification and acquisition of new and unique medical supplies; helps OR staff with repairs and emergency replacements.
• Improves and maintains inventory management processes; classifies inventory and manages reorders.
• Monitors date-sensitive inventories to minimize losses and ensure proper rotation.
• Supervise the functions of Supply Distribution, Receiving and Shipping.
• Adheres to organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
