Mass General Brigham is seeking a Hospital Supply Technician responsible for accurate inventory management and timely distribution of medical and non-medical supplies throughout the facility. You will coordinate with multiple hospital departments to meet supply needs and maintain proper stock levels.

Responsibilities include processing requests, rotating stock, and ensuring documentation complies with quality controls and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Familiarity with hospital supply chains and standard medical supplies.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and handling supplies.
• Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication with stakeholders across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory levels by regular stock checks and tracking usage.
• Receive and process supply requests from hospital departments.
• Organize and coordinate distribution of supplies to departments, clinics and other areas.
• Rotate stock to prevent expiration and ensure proper dating.
• Assist in equipment tracking and handling of medical devices and reusable items.
• Document supply transactions and inventory movements according to policy.
