Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate at Canal Road in the Base Materials Management C2 department. You will handle receiving, stocking, and shipping duties to ensure timely delivery of supplies for hospital locations.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; forklift experience is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $19.80 per hour, with potential shift differentials and benefits. 40 hours weekly, 1.0 FTE, day shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred forklift experience or certification.

Responsibilities

• Unload and receive deliveries from vendors.
• Stage incoming inventory for storage and distribution.
• Prepare and coordinate outbound freight and courier shipments.
• Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Store and organize incoming inventory.
• Replenish warehouse inventory locations.
• Rotate products and monitor expiration dates.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital locations.
• Ensure orders are accurate and ready for delivery.
• Support the timely movement of materials throughout the organization.
• Partner with teammates to ensure supplies are available where and when they are needed.
• Communicate with internal customers regarding orders and inventory needs.
• Help support efficient operations that contribute to outstanding patient care.
