Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time Warehouse/Receiving Clerk for the Levine Childrens Hospital Supply Chain: Operations. You will process receipts, use PC and RF scanner, verify documents and ensure safe handling of goods.

Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Schedule is Weekdays, first shift 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 40 hours/week, pay range $18.85–$28.30 per hour, benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent and related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and distribute equipment and supplies.
• Process transactions using PC and RF scanners.
• Review and verify all receiving documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain secure storage of goods.
• Supervise the receiving and distribution of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure a clean and orderly work area and compliance with safety regulations.
• Complete daily inspection checklists for powered equipment as required.
