Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Materials Management Professional for the Burnet Campus. This full-time evening shift role involves maintaining inventory, receiving and storing shipments, and distributing supplies to clinical and operational departments.

You will monitor stock, perform cycle counts, and work with leadership to resolve discrepancies while following safety and quality standards in a healthcare warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Previous inventory control, materials management, or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels through replenishment, cycle counting, and stock rotation.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, prepare, and distribute supply orders to clinical and operational departments.
• Monitor inventory locations and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Utilize inventory management systems to track supplies and maintain accurate records.
• Verify product expiration dates and support inventory quality initiatives.
• Communicate inventory shortages, backorders, and supply concerns to leadership.
• Partner with customers and team members to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs.
• Follow departmental safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Support additional supply chain and materials management functions as assigned.
