• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 2+ years in warehouse operations, supply chain or logistics preferred.
• License: CT Driver's License and Clean Driving Record.
• Certification: OSHA Pallet Jack Certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against orders.
• Organize inventory within the warehouse for efficient access.
• Operate pallet jack, electric stacker and wrapping machinery as needed.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
