Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk for evening shifts at the Deer Valley campus in Phoenix, AZ. You will issue, charge, and distribute medical and non-medical supplies using a computerized inventory system, replenish departments, and stock storerooms according to priority.

Responsibilities include data entry, using ERP/iPad, restocking, coordinating equipment rentals/purchases, and maintaining organized storage areas across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience and/or warehouse knowledge required.
• Six months of logistics or supply chain related experience preferred.
• Relevant hospital storage/receiving exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counts and fills pre-determined exchange cart/replenishment area stock levels.
• Uses iPad and/or ERP system to complete this process.
• Collects supplies requested and stages them for delivery according to priority.
• Restocks storeroom shelves from daily receipts and verifies locations and labels.
• Coordinates rental or purchase of patient orthopedic appliances, beds, and equipment.
• Manages soiled equipment per campus policy.
• Processes department stock returns.
• Delivers prepackaged procedural trays and maintains storeroom neatness.
