Premier is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain to lead hospital distribution operations. You will supervise SDC staff, schedule workloads, and ensure timely receipt and distribution of medical supplies across the center.

The role requires 4+ years in receiving and inventory control within a hospital/distribution setting, with strong communication and computer skills to optimize performance and service levels.

Qualificações

• 4 or more years of work experience in receiving, inventory control, and distribution processes.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in hospital loading dock or distribution center environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises all SDC employees, assigns staff, and schedules activities in receiving, inventory, and distribution.
• Monitors department and individual staff performance; maintains time records and conducts annual evaluations.
• Oversees receipt and delivery of materials to hospital locations and coordinates returns of damaged goods.
• Manages central stores daily operations, replenishment, Min-Max, EOQ, JIT, and LUM processes.
• Assists in development and administration of plans, policies, and procedures.
