Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation seeks a Supply Chain Assistant to coordinate material flow across departments, maintain PAR levels, and stock patient rooms with supplies to support high-quality patient care.

The role involves inventory management, PPE stocking, rotating Saturdays, and collaboration with clinicians. Strong organizational and teamwork skills are essential; training will be provided. Location: Grand Rapids, MI.

Responsibilities

• Stock individual patient rooms with supplies to established PAR level.
• Maintain and stock patient-specific supplies as requested by clinicians.
• Stock storage rooms and isolation carts with PPE and other supplies.
• Perform regular inventory checks and rotate stock to ensure freshness and accuracy.
• Label and track inventory PAR levels; update SDS and references as needed.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are in good working condition and report defects.
• Train new staff on restocking processes and department procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support cross-department coordination.
