Responsibilities

• Stock patient rooms with supplies to established PAR levels.
• Maintain and stock patient-specific supplies as requested by clinicians.
• Stock PPE and other supplies to ensure availability at all hours.
• Update and monitor inventory in Central Supply, Sub-Acute Rehab, inpatient and outpatient locations.
• Record stock numbers and maintain PAR levels; conduct periodic inventory.
• Train staff on restocking processes during orientation.
• Assist Infection Prevention with hand hygiene audits.
• Support SDS updates and inventory labeling.
