Responsibilities

• Coordinate stocking of patient rooms with supplies to PAR levels.
• Maintain and stock patient-specific supplies as requested by clinicians.
• Stock storage rooms and carts with PPE and other supplies to ensure availability.
• Perform periodic inventory checks and rotate stock across departments.
• Keep areas tidy and organized, including Central Supply and patient rooms.
• Update crash cart and train staff on restocking processes.
• Conduct new staff training during orientation.
• Monitor hand hygiene audits with Infection Prevention team.
• Review and update department SDS annually.
• Maintain inventory labels and reference numbers throughout the system.
• Record stock numbers and PAR levels; conduct periodic year-end inventory.
• Label chargeable products and notify about defective equipment.
