This role involves exercising delegated administrative responsibility and authority for supervising hospital personnel and functions within the assigned facility, including patient care delivery, especially during evening/night/weekend shifts when no on-site Administrator or Department Director is present.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and facilitating efficient operational activities throughout the facility.
  • Addressing staffing issues in coordination with the Centralized Staffing Team.
  • Planning and optimizing patient flow and placement with relevant teams and leadership.
  • Responding to disasters, codes, emergencies, and other critical issues outside normal operations.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing and at least two years of recent clinical and supervisory or healthcare leadership experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field.
  • Current licensure by the Washington State Board of Nursing.
  • Current healthcare provider BLS Certification.

Pay Range: $54.12 - $78.67/hour
