Job summary

Guthrie is seeking a Storeroom Operations Coordinator to ensure critical supplies are available across Guthrie's hospital system. You will coordinate the receiving, storage, par level management and distribution to departments.

Required are a High School diploma and at least five years of hospital storeroom experience, with knowledge of supply chain and receiving practices. Full-time, Day Shift with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years of hospital storeroom experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain and receiving practices required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories; report discrepancies.
• Count par levels and replenish stock according to reports.
• Maintain accurate data for par levels, requisitions, cycles, inventory and bin locations.
• Process inventory issues and adjustments in MMIS.
• Verify delivered inventory and receive into MMIS; ensure proper rotation and expiration checks.
• Coordinate receiving and delivery functions on receiving dock and courier staging.
