Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support inpatient medication preparation and dispensing. The role includes sterile compounding, loading IV room supplies, and assisting at the service window in a hospital setting.

Required: High School Diploma and Pharmacy Technician credentials (CPhT) with state licensure; hospital experience preferred and Epic EHR familiarity is a plus. Onsite role with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Read, interpret, and follow instructions for sterile/non-sterile preparation.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for dosages.
• Familiar with state/federal regulations for medications.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in inpatient order fulfillment and documentation.
• Compound sterile and non-sterile medications per USP guidelines.
• Restock IV room supplies and automated dispensing cabinets.
• Answer calls and assist customers at the service window.
• Attend required education to maintain licensure and competencies.
