Job summary

Mass General Brigham's North Shore Medical Center in Salem, MA is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support inpatient operations. The role requires a High School Diploma, state license, plus PTCB, hospital experience preferred; Epic EHR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification and state license required.
• Previous hospital-related experience desired 1–2 years.
• Experience with Epic EHR or similar programs.
• Understanding of medical terminology and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in filling inpatient orders and documenting activities.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounding per USP 797/800 regulations.
• Prepare, deliver, and collect pharmacy items throughout the facility.
• Restock IV room supplies and automated dispensing cabinets.
• Answer calls and assist service window customers.
