Qualifications
- 4+ years of stationary engineering experience.
- Advanced knowledge of codes/regulations pertaining to equipment and operations.
- Proficient with CMMS and BAS; able to monitor and control HVAC equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate HVAC equipment including boilers, chillers, fans, pumps following SOPs.
- Maintain accurate logs and CMMS records of startup, failures, and repairs.
- Respond to alarms and optimize operations using BAS and trending data.
- Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs per procedures.
- Read blueprints and participate in small projects; assist peers.
