Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor scheduled staff against patient census during shifts.
• Answer call-in line and manage absences or offers to work.
• Contact staff to adjust schedules and place on recall when needed.
• Coordinate float staff between units based on patient care needs.
• Collaborate with leaders on staffing changes and schedule requests.
• Enter time changes and absences in Active Staffer for payroll.
