Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in theology, religion, spiritual care or spirituality.
• 1 year or more of Spiritual Care experience, including CPE training.
• Board Certified Chaplain (BCC) strongly preferred with required ACPE education.
• Ability to develop and implement programs for spiritual care across the care continuum.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to present to groups.

Aufgaben

• Provides spiritual care within the health ministry and collaborates with the care team.
• Develops and participates in programs of spiritual care for patients and families.
• Documents spiritual assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Works with faith leaders to support spiritual needs of the community.
• Promotes workplace spirituality and self-care among colleagues.
