Job summary

UNM Hospitals is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN, Days) to provide diagnostic and therapeutic care for dysphagia, speech, language, and cognitive disorders across neonatal to geriatric patients in the CTH Speech & Language department. Requires a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, NM licensure within 30 days, and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Bilingual English/ASL, Spanish or other languages are valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• NM Speech-Language Pathologist license within 30 days.
• Bilingual abilities in English/ASL, Spanish, or other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, evaluate, and treat dysphagia and speech-language disorders across age groups.
• Educate patients and families; supervise graduate students/trainees as delegated.
• Document care in the EMR and contribute to quality improvement.
