Responsibilities

• Interpret referrals and orders for appropriateness and indications
• Conduct initial evaluations and determine treatment plans
• Prepare discharge summaries and perform re-evaluations
• Deliver daily treatments and document in a timely manner
• Educate patients, families, staff, and follow-up facilities
• Transport patients as needed and ensure equipment is clean and ready
• Maintain accurate daily records including evaluations and charges
• Uphold SJRMC Service Standards: Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, Stewardship
• Perform other duties as assigned
